Where does love go when it gets lost on its way to someone's heart?

Love hides itself in some unknown corner of the heart and imprisons itself there when someone hurts it. He starts hating everything beautiful and starts isolating himself from others. Keeps trying to live with the help of some golden memories and keeps on suffering by remembering them.
